Designed to develop and consolidate all professional skills required for the programming and maintenance of industrial robots. The station features an industrial robot, such as Comau’s Racer-3-0.63, or Racer-5-0.80 COBOT, integrated into a wheeled cell (to simplify management), fully equipped to meet all training needs while ensuring complete safety.

The e.DO ROBOT consists of a multipurpose, easy to use small-size robotic arm, designed and developed by Comau.

e.DO is equipped with 6 powered axes and a gripper and a maximum payload of 1 kg. It can perform all kinds of tasks, from simple movements in space to pick & place operations like lifting, moving, manipulating and rotating parts right up to complex automated procedures.

The e.DO Cube is the “Digital Twin” of e.DO and allows students and teachers to follow virtually the same learning paths that can be completed using the physical robot.

Once connected to a PC or tablet via the USB port, it displays on screen a virtual robot in Cartesian space. This virtual robot can be instructed to move, pick or place objects and perform the same tasks as the real e.DO robot.

Tools, educational programs and laboratories integrated with the e.DO Experience, to guide and accompany both teachers and students in the learning paths with e.DO Robot and e.DO Cube.

Each Training Package is a 4-hour laboratory that can be delivered with 4 or 5 e.DO Robots. Each Training Package revolves around teamwork: each team uses and programs its own e.DO in order to solve challenging tasks related to working scenarios.
