The Racer-12 Arc is specifically tuned for arc welding dynamic demands. It features an optimized 1,400+ mm reach, a 12 kg payload capacity, high structural rigidity to suppress path vibration, and fast acceleration profiles that maximize arc-on time.

A 12 kg payload capacity allows the robot to carry not only heavy-duty water-cooled welding torches but also auxiliary hardware such as torch-cleaners, seam-tracking sensors, vision cameras, and integrated wire feeding units directly on the arm without sacrificing dynamics.

The Racer-12 Arc utilizes open fieldbus interfaces (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, EtherCAT) to communicate directly with all major industrial welding power sources (e.g., Fronius, Lincoln Electric, Miller, ESAB).
