Comau, through its Academy, and ESCP are expanding their long-standing educational collaboration with the launch of an immersive seminar to introduce digital transformation for first-year Master’s in Management students. The Digital Spark Seminar marks the latest milestone in the more than 10-year collaboration between Comau Academy and ESCP, reflecting their shared commitment to preparing professionals with the multidisciplinary skills needed to lead industrial transformation. Designed as a two-day intensive learning experience, the seminar combines hands-on interaction with Comau’s advanced technologies, expert-led sessions, Q&A discussions with technical specialists and product managers, and dedicated mentoring to help students explore real-world industrial challenges. By combining technology, engineering expertise and practical learning, Comau enables participants to gain first-hand insight into the digital solutions and manufacturing innovations shaping the future of industry.
Over the years, the company has contributed to a broad range of educational initiatives, including the Key Scientific and Technological Issues in Business course, where Bachelor students develop Python programming skills while working on selected industrial challenges, and specialized modules within ESCP’s Master in Digital Transformation Management & Leadership, where participants explore the role of robotics, automation and emerging technologies in business transformation.
Comau’s collaboration with ESCP is part of Comau Academy’s broader commitment to education and skills development. Since 2018, the Academy has trained more than 100,000 people through programs ranging from STEM education and university partnerships to executive and corporate training. During the same period, it has worked with more than 600 schools, universities, foundations and companies, supported by a network of 1,000 educators and industry experts.
