Pietro Gorlier was appointed Comau Chief Executive Officer in April 2022.

With a professional background that spans over 30 years, Mr. Gorlier was Global Chief Parts and Services Officer at Stellantis, prior to this new appointment.

He has also held several other managerial roles with increasing responsibility, serving as President & CEO of Mopar where he progressively created one of the largest global parts and service organizations by integrating the activities of Chrysler, Fiat, and subsequently PSA.

Mr. Gorlier also served as CEO of Magneti Marelli, and Chief Operating Officer of the EMEA Region at FCA, as well as a member of the FCA Global Executive Council. Prior to that, he held senior positions in Distribution, Customer Services, and Parts & Logistics at Fiat, Case New Holland (CNH), and Iveco.

Born in Turin, Italy, Mr. Gorlier graduated with a degree in Business and Economics from the University of Turin. He also served in the Carabinieri corps, Italy’s national gendarmerie, and has remained actively engaged in civic and professional service throughout his career.

In addition to having sat on several management boards, Mr. Gorlier was named an Automotive News All Star in 2012 and was awarded in 2018 the Star of Merit by the Order of Merit for Labour, an Italian order of chivalry recognizing individuals who have been singularly meritorious in their fields. In 2020, Mr. Gorlier was inducted into the CSCMP Italy’s Supply Chain Hall of Fame.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Gorlier is married with two children and has coached volleyball for several years, reflecting a long-standing commitment to teamwork and community involvement.
