Comau took part in the “Il design che avanza” talk, held on Thursday, October 29 at the Green Pavilion of MAcA (Turin). The event is part of the Torino Design City – Transizioni Tangibili festival program, promoted by the Polytechnic University of Turin in collaboration with the Circolo del Design and the Unione Industriali Torino.
Stefania Ferrero, Chief Marketing and Products Portfolio Officer of Comau, spoke during the roundtable alongside Maria Antonietta Perino – Director Space Economy Exploration and International Network, Thales Alenia Space; Alice Mariotti – Global Communications Director, Newcleo; and Giovanna Matrone – Sustainability Team Leader, Dumarey.
During her speech, Stefania Ferrero focused on Comau’s transformation journey, driven by a business diversification strategy into new market sectors and technological evolution. In this transition, Comau’s role is to lead a responsible transformation, integrating artificial intelligence into human-centric technologies – from collaborative to mobile robotics – and paving the way for sustainable production processes, from the refurbishing of used technologies to battery disassembly.
