Paolo Cavaiani
Chief Corporate Development Officer
Paolo Cavaiani was appointed Chief Corporate Development Officer of Comau in September 2025.
In this role, he is responsible for overseeing Mergers and Acquisitions activities, supporting Comau’s strategic development and long-term growth objectives.
He brings extensive and well-rounded expertise in M&A, built through diverse experiences at leading investment banking and private equity firms.
Prior to joining Comau, Mr. Cavaiani served as Vice President in the investment team of L Catterton, where he was involved in numerous acquisitions and held board positions in several portfolio companies.
He previously gained significant experience in Investment Banking and Corporate Finance with prominent domestic and international institutions.
Mr. Cavaiani graduated with honors with a Master of Science in Accounting, Financial Management and Control from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
