Turin, June 9, 2025
Comau has signed “The Charter for Equal Opportunities and Equality at Work,” confirming its commitment to a company policy increasingly oriented toward inclusiveness and respect for workers’ rights. The declaration of intent was signed by Livio Milano, Comau’s Chief Human Resources Officer, during an event held June 9 at the Industrial Union of Turin, in the presence of President Marco Gay.
Established in Italy in 2009, “The Charter for Equal Opportunities and Equality at Work” is part of the European Platform of Diversity Charters promoted by the European Commission and is voluntarily signed by companies that are willing to promote a corporate culture that contributes to the fight against discrimination in the workplace, valuing diversity and equal opportunities.
The signing of this important document adds to the other initiatives by which the company is committed to improving its organization’s policies and practices to provide equal opportunities for growth and professional fulfillment for all its employees. This virtuous path has also led Comau to obtain UNI/PDR 125:2022 certification for gender equality.

“The well-being and professional growth of the people who work in our organization, regardless of gender, has always been one of Comau’s priorities. By signing The Charter for Equal Opportunity and Equality at Work, we therefore want to reaffirm our constant dedication to developing a business environment that is as inclusive, fair and equal as possible for everyone who works in our teams.”
