This course is designed for practitioners who have to manage projects or a part of projects with team leading responsibilities.

Goal: The course is intended to enhance proficiency in applying Project Management processes and practices over the project life cycle. It focuses on defining, implementing, managing, leading, monitoring, controlling projects or a part of projects.
Objectives:
- Understand the project environment
- Perform tasks that demonstrate an understanding of the project life cycle using PM best practices and processes
- Prepare and/or analyze a project charter
- Develop a WBS, a WBS dictionary and a RAM
- Develop a project budget
- Develop a network diagram and a project schedule
- Describe EVM (Earned Value Management) guidelines and perform technical and programmatic activities to control costs, schedule and technical contents
- Develop risk management plans and risk response plans
