O desafio de desenvolver uma alternativa automatizada era dobrado. Primeiro, os engenheiros da Comau tinham que gerenciar efetivamente uma grande variedade de pe\u00e7as, cores e materiais que deveriam ser inspecionados e medidos. Depois, precisariam assegurar um desempenho confi\u00e1vel atrav\u00e9s de um sistema robusto por\u00e9m flex\u00edvel, que pudesse distinguir com precis\u00e3o as toler\u00e2ncias de medidas do cap\u00f4, portas, tampa traseira, e outros componentes, com a carroceria do ve\u00edculo em movimento. Al\u00e9m disso, a proposta precisava corresponder a expectativa de retorno do investimento em 12 meses. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"h3 wp-block-heading\" id=\"the-solution\">A Solu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A Comau desenvolveu uma estrutura inovadora de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o que automatiza por completo um processo tradicionalmente manual. Combinando o RACER-5 COBOT, rob\u00f4 colaborativo de velocidade industrial, um software poderoso de controle e o sistema de vis\u00e3o integrado EDIXIA, o cliente pode identificar e medir pontos de alinhamento dinamicamente ao longo de toda a carroceria do carro, coletar os dados correspondentes e monitorar a qualidade. O uso do rob\u00f4 colaborativo de alta performance da Comau tamb\u00e9m permite aos operadores realizar interven\u00e7\u00f5es com seguran\u00e7a, sem necessidade de barreiras de prote\u00e7\u00e3o, reduzindo os tempos de ciclo e agilizando o processo de retrabalho das eventuais N\u00e3o Conformidades. Mais importante, esta solu\u00e7\u00e3o fornece dados preditivos de qualidade sobre a tend\u00eancia da produ\u00e7\u00e3o, que podem ajudar os fabricantes a evitarem gargalos e perdas de produtividade subsequentes na linha de montagem final. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group wide-section-light-1 py-5 my-5\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"h2 wp-block-heading\" id=\"the-results\">Os Resultados<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A Comau apresentou sua solu\u00e7\u00e3o inovadora durante o desafio Stellantis Factory Booster Day de 2021.  Com a capacidade de controlar mais de 50 pontos diferentes em um ve\u00edculo em movimento e uma taxa de produtividade de mais de 60 tarefas de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o por hora, o sistema automatiza e aprimora um processo tradicionalmente manual. Al\u00e9m disso, oferece um n\u00edvel de precis\u00e3o que s\u00f3 um rob\u00f4 industrial pode proporcionar, com uma repetibilidade de posicionamento no ponto de medi\u00e7\u00e3o de apenas alguns d\u00e9cimos de mil\u00edmetro, comparada a mais de 1 mm quando com um operador.
