A eletrifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um requisito relevante para garantir um modelo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o mais verde e mais sustent\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"funded-projects\"><div class=\"funded-project\">\n    <h3 class=\"funded-project-title\">ZELD e: Soldagem Zero defeitos para e-mobilidade<\/h3>\n    <p class=\"funded-project-country-business\">\n        Pa\u00eds\/Atividade:\n        Worldwide\/Eletrifica\u00e7\u00e3o-Sistemas de Automa\u00e7\u00e3o    <\/p>\n    <div class=\"funded-project-body\">\n        <h4 class=\"funded-project-body-title\">Principais Objetivos:<\/h4>\n        \n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Battery packs are composed of multiple individual battery cells that are structurally held and electrically connected by numerous welded joints. This means that high electrical resistance, due to poor joint quality, can create high energy loss and heat generation, thus increasing the joint temperature, provoking potential safety issues, and reducing efficiency. Given the significant number of welded joints in electric battery packs, the fast and efficient assessment of each single joint is fundamental to reducing costs and increasing battery safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ZELD-e project aims to introduce a complete solution to monitor and control the laser welding processes for EV batteries. It consists of an inline, non-invasive testing and quality control&nbsp;system based on an infrared sensing setup that is enabled by artificial intelligence and computer vision algorithms. The camera is installed directly on the laser head, ensuring the ability to adapt to different battery configurations and typologies. Possui uma c\u00e9lula rob\u00f3tica aut\u00f4noma que inspeciona as pe\u00e7as e detecta eventuais defeitos est\u00e9ticos gra\u00e7as a seu inovador Sistema de Vis\u00e3o. Depois disso, o sistema VERIFy pode classificar as pe\u00e7as defeituosas como sucata ou pe\u00e7a a passar por acabamento, e ent\u00e3o um rob\u00f4 habilitado realiza o processo de acabamento das partes onde os defeitos foram identificados. A automatiza\u00e7\u00e3o de um processo tradicionalmente manual permite um diagn\u00f3stico mais preciso e minimiza a quantidade de equipamentos. A equipe de pesquisa analisa a viabilidade da automatiza\u00e7\u00e3o em 16 linhas de montagem e desenvolve tr\u00eas prot\u00f3tipos para otimizar a fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de bicicletas personalizadas, que ao contr\u00e1rio da produ\u00e7\u00e3o em massa, exigem padr\u00f5es e requisitos diferentes.
