Os avan\u00e7os tecnol\u00f3gicos e a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de solu\u00e7\u00f5es h\u00edbridas tem beneficiado setores importantes como o Aeroespacial, Petr\u00f3leo e G\u00e1s, Automotivo e Gera\u00e7\u00e3o de Energia, e permitido aumentar a efici\u00eancia, reduzir as perdas e os tempos de parada para manuten\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"funded-projects\"><div class=\"funded-project\">\n    <h3 class=\"funded-project-title\">FlexHyMan \u2013 Um sistema de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o h\u00edbrido e flex\u00edvel<\/h3>\n    <p class=\"funded-project-country-business\">\n        Pa\u00eds\/Atividade:\n        Fran\u00e7a\/PWT    <\/p>\n    <div class=\"funded-project-body\">\n        <h4 class=\"funded-project-body-title\">Principais Objetivos:<\/h4>\n        \n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eitmanufacturing.eu\/news-media\/activities\/a-flexible-hybrid-manufacturing-system\/\">FlexHyman<\/a> oferece uma plataforma flex\u00edvel, modular e escal\u00e1vel que pode atender os requisitos de setores como o Aeroespacial, o Petr\u00f3leo e G\u00e1s e o Automotivo, acompanhando a crescente ado\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos como a manufatura aditiva de metais, que avan\u00e7ou consideravelmente nestes \u00faltimos anos. O projeto prev\u00ea um sistema h\u00edbrido e modular integrando tr\u00eas m\u00f3dulos distintos: dedicados \u00e0 Fresagem, DED e ao escaneamento 3D, respectivamente. Esta capacidade \u00e9 um elemento essencial para aumentar a competitividade da ind\u00fastria europeia de m\u00e1quinas-ferramentas. Ela permite \u00e0s empresas analisar os diferentes par\u00e2metros que influenciam o processo. O Twin-Control integra modelos de simula\u00e7\u00e3o, aperfei\u00e7oando caracter\u00edsticas como a efici\u00eancia energ\u00e9tica e a otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o de um gerenciamento proativo da manuten\u00e7\u00e3o. Tecnologias h\u00edbridas s\u00e3o particularmente \u00fateis para elevar o potencial da AM, e podem ser usadas para minimizar o erro humano e aumentar a seguran\u00e7a dos trabalhadores durante diferentes fases do ciclo de vida de um produto: desde a produ\u00e7\u00e3o inicial at\u00e9 \u00e0 manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de componentes defeituosos e aos reparos no local. O projeto teve como foco o desenvolvimento de quatro m\u00f3dulos de sistemas de controle e monitoramento integrados a tecnologias de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o existentes. A Comau integrou esses m\u00f3dulos em m\u00e1quinas e rob\u00f4s multifuncionais de centros de trabalho e c\u00e9lulas robotizadas altamente flex\u00edveis.
