Par rapport aux solutions similaires du march\u00e9, la technologie Comau de formation d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments de batterie devrait ainsi permettre de r\u00e9aliser jusqu\u2019\u00e0 20&nbsp;% d\u2019\u00e9conomies en termes d\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique et thermique, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et la r\u00e9utilisation du surplus de chaleur et d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 produit pendant la proc\u00e9dure intense d\u2019activation des \u00e9l\u00e9ments, qui dure plusieurs jours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comau s\u2019engage en faveur de l\u2019\u00e9lectromobilit\u00e9 depuis longtemps, s\u2019appuyant pour cela sur 50 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans l\u2019industrie automobile, ainsi que sur des technologies pionni\u00e8res et une expertise en mati\u00e8re de caisse en blanc des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques, transmissions et syst\u00e8mes d\u2019assemblage de la propulsion \u00e9lectrique, production de batteries et strat\u00e9gies d\u2019industrialisation des technologies de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. D\u2019un point de vue technologique, Comau dispose d\u2019une solide exp\u00e9rience pratique d\u2019assemblage de moteurs \u00e9lectriques, modules de batterie et blocs-batteries (quel que soit le format des \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u2013 prismatique, \u00e0 poche ou cylindrique) et peut se charger des derni\u00e8res phases de la production d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments. Comau fera \u00e9galement appel \u00e0 ses algorithmes exclusifs et ses puissants outils num\u00e9riques pour optimiser encore le processus, long et tr\u00e8s complexe, de formation des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de batterie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sous la direction de Cidetec Energy Storage, GIGABAT r\u00e9unit des entreprises et des fournisseurs europ\u00e9ens qui peuvent aider l\u2019Europe \u00e0 devenir leader de la production d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments de batterie, tout en optimisant le rendement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et l\u2019utilisation des ressources. Parall\u00e8lement, le projet vise \u00e0 promouvoir la collaboration entre les producteurs industriels d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments, les entreprises d\u2019\u00e9quipement de fabrication des batteries, les fournisseurs de mat\u00e9riaux et les fournisseurs d\u2019\u00e9nergie du r\u00e9seau, qui veilleront tous \u00e0 ce que les normes de durabilit\u00e9 et d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 soient respect\u00e9es \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comau, qui s\u2019engage r\u00e9solument en faveur de solutions de transformation de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, est activement impliqu\u00e9e dans trois des principaux consortiums europ\u00e9ens de batteries, apr\u00e8s avoir rejoint l\u2019Alliance europ\u00e9enne de la batterie (EBA), l\u2019Association europ\u00e9enne de partenariats sur les batteries (BEPA) et la Plateforme europ\u00e9enne de technologie et d\u2019innovation (ETIP) d\u00e9but 2021. Gr\u00e2ce aux gigafactories \u00e9mergentes, la capacit\u00e9 europ\u00e9enne de production d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments de batteries pourra passer de 60 GWh \u00e0 900 Gwh, atteindre les objectifs 2030 de l\u2019UE et assurer la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 de celle-ci. Dans ce but, il est essentiel de favoriser les machines et les fournisseurs implant\u00e9s dans l\u2019UE, pour acqu\u00e9rir une ind\u00e9pendance technologique et industrielle. Il est \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019int\u00e9grer les cha\u00eenes d\u2019approvisionnement locales en \u00e9nergie et en mat\u00e9riaux, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 construire un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me local harmonieux, efficace et dynamique. GIGABAT vise \u00e0 renforcer l\u2019industrie europ\u00e9enne produisant des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de batterie, ainsi que sa cha\u00eene de valeur, en faisant appel \u00e0 ses principaux acteurs pour mettre au point des batteries de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration 3b (Li-ion). Cela n\u00e9cessitera le d\u00e9veloppement de nouvelles machines de production d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments de batterie, \u00e9conomes en \u00e9nergie et adapt\u00e9es aux besoins des gigafactories, puis leur validation dans des usines pilotes pour garantir un fonctionnement correct en conditions r\u00e9elles.
