Pour traiter ce probl\u00e8me, Comau a mis au point un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9, faisant appel \u00e0 la robotique \u00e9volu\u00e9e associ\u00e9e  \u00e0 un dispositif de vision intelligente, qui mesure les \u00e9ventuels d\u00e9fauts de diff\u00e9rentes pi\u00e8ces pendant la progression des v\u00e9hicules sur le convoyeur.. La mise au point d\u2019une alternative automatis\u00e9e comportait deux aspects. Premi\u00e8rement, les ing\u00e9nieurs de Comau devaient g\u00e9rer efficacement la grande diversit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces, couleurs et mat\u00e9riaux, \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler et mesurer. Deuxi\u00e8mement, ils devaient garantir un fonctionnement r\u00e9gulier \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un syst\u00e8me flexible, mais robuste, distinguant avec pr\u00e9cision les tol\u00e9rances de mesure du capot, des porti\u00e8res, du hayon, etc., sur une carrosserie en mouvement. De plus, l\u2019offre technique devait r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un objectif de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des co\u00fbts en 12 mois. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"h3 wp-block-heading\" id=\"the-solution\">Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comau a \u00e9labor\u00e9 un syst\u00e8me d\u2019inspection innovant qui automatise enti\u00e8rement un processus traditionnellement manuel.  En associant son robot collaboratif RACER-5 COBOT \u00e0 un puissant logiciel de commande et \u00e0 un dispositif de vision EDIXIA int\u00e9gr\u00e9, le client peut dynamiquement identifier et mesurer les points d\u2019alignement sur toute la carrosserie, recueillir les donn\u00e9es correspondantes et v\u00e9rifier la qualit\u00e9. L\u2019utilisation du robot collaboratif tr\u00e8s performant de Comau permet \u00e9galement aux op\u00e9rateurs d\u2019intervenir sans danger et sans barri\u00e8re de protection, ce qui r\u00e9duit encore les temps de cycle et rationalise le processus de reprise des non-conformit\u00e9s. Qui plus est, ce syst\u00e8me fournit des donn\u00e9es pr\u00e9dictives sur les tendances de production, qui peuvent aider les constructeurs \u00e0 \u00e9viter les goulets d\u2019\u00e9tranglement, et donc les pertes de productivit\u00e9, sur la ligne d\u2019assemblage final. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group wide-section-light-1 py-5 my-5\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"h2 wp-block-heading\" id=\"the-results\">R\u00e9sultats<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comau a d\u00e9voil\u00e9 sa solution innovante \u00e0 l\u2019occasion du 2021 Factory Booster Day de Stellantis.  Capable de contr\u00f4ler plus de 50 points sur un v\u00e9hicule en mouvement et avec un taux de productivit\u00e9 de plus de 60 t\u00e2ches par heure, le syst\u00e8me de v\u00e9rification automatise et am\u00e9liore un processus traditionnellement manuel.
