L\u2019\u00e9lectrification est une exigence importante pour garantir un mod\u00e8le de production plus vert et plus durable.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"funded-projects\"><div class=\"funded-project\">\n    <h3 class=\"funded-project-title\">ZELD-e, le soudage z\u00e9ro d\u00e9faut pour l\u2019\u00e9lectromobilit\u00e9<\/h3>\n    <p class=\"funded-project-country-business\">\n        Pays\/domaine:\n        Worldwide\/\u00e9lectrification \u2013 syst\u00e8mes d\u2019automatisation    <\/p>\n    <div class=\"funded-project-body\">\n        <h4 class=\"funded-project-body-title\">Objectifs principaux:<\/h4>\n        \n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les blocs-batteries se composent d\u2019une multitude d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019accumulateur, structurellement assembl\u00e9s et raccord\u00e9s sur le plan \u00e9lectrique par de nombreux joints soud\u00e9s. Une forte r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lectrique, due \u00e0 une soudure de mauvaise qualit\u00e9, peut par cons\u00e9quent entra\u00eener une grande perte d\u2019\u00e9nergie et produire beaucoup de chaleur, ce qui augmente la temp\u00e9rature du joint, cr\u00e9e des probl\u00e8mes potentiels de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et r\u00e9duit le rendement. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 le nombre consid\u00e9rable de joints soud\u00e9s dans les blocs-batteries \u00e9lectriques, il est fondamental d\u2019\u00e9valuer rapidement et efficacement chaque soudure pour r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts et am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la batterie. Le projet ZELD-e vise \u00e0 introduire une solution compl\u00e8te de suivi et de contr\u00f4le des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de soudage au laser des batteries destin\u00e9es aux v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques. Il se compose d\u2019un syst\u00e8me non invasif d\u2019essai et de contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 en ligne, qui repose sur une installation de d\u00e9tection \u00e0 infrarouge activ\u00e9e par une intelligence artificielle et des algorithmes de vision informatique. La cam\u00e9ra est directement plac\u00e9e sur la t\u00eate laser, ce qui permet d\u2019adapter les op\u00e9rations aux diff\u00e9rents types et configurations de batteries. Le syst\u00e8me comporte une cellule robotis\u00e9e autonome qui inspecte les pi\u00e8ces coul\u00e9es et d\u00e9tecte leurs possibles d\u00e9fauts esth\u00e9tiques \u00e0 l\u2019aide de son syst\u00e8me de vision innovant. Apr\u00e8s quoi, le syst\u00e8me VERIFy peut envoyer la pi\u00e8ce d\u00e9fectueuse au rebut ou vers un robot \u00e0 retour de force, qui s\u2019occupe du processus de finition l\u00e0 o\u00f9 les d\u00e9fauts ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s. L\u2019automatisation d\u2019un processus traditionnellement manuel permet un diagnostic plus pr\u00e9cis et minimise l\u2019\u00e9bavurage.
