Les secteurs cl\u00e9s comme l\u2019a\u00e9rospatiale, le p\u00e9trole et le gaz, l\u2019automobile et la production d\u2019\u00e9nergie b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient des progr\u00e8s technologiques dans ces domaines, ainsi que de l\u2019adoption de solutions hybrides qui augmentent l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et r\u00e9duisent les d\u00e9chets et les d\u00e9lais de maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"funded-projects\"><div class=\"funded-project\">\n    <h3 class=\"funded-project-title\">FlexHyMan \u2013 Flexible Hybrid Manufacturing system (syst\u00e8me de fabrication hybride flexible)<\/h3>\n    <p class=\"funded-project-country-business\">\n        Pays\/domaine:\n        France\/PWT    <\/p>\n    <div class=\"funded-project-body\">\n        <h4 class=\"funded-project-body-title\">Objectifs principaux:<\/h4>\n        \n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eitmanufacturing.eu\/news-media\/activities\/a-flexible-hybrid-manufacturing-system\/\">FlexHyman<\/a> est une plateforme flexible, modulaire et extensible capable de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de secteurs tels que l\u2019a\u00e9rospatiale, le p\u00e9trole et le gaz et l\u2019automobile, en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation accrue de la fabrication additive \u00e0 base de m\u00e9tal, qui s\u2019est consid\u00e9rablement perfectionn\u00e9e ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Le projet porte sur un syst\u00e8me hybride et modulaire int\u00e9grant trois modules distincts : un pour le meulage, un pour le d\u00e9p\u00f4t sous \u00e9nergie concentr\u00e9e et un pour le balayage en 3D. Cette capacit\u00e9 est essentielle pour am\u00e9liorer la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 de l\u2019industrie europ\u00e9enne des machines-outils. Elle permet aux entreprises d\u2019analyser les divers param\u00e8tres qui influencent le processus. Twin-Control int\u00e8gre des mod\u00e8les de simulation am\u00e9lior\u00e9s, avec des fonctionnalit\u00e9s telles que l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et l\u2019optimisation de la gestion proactive de la maintenance. Les technologies hybrides sont particuli\u00e8rement utiles pour exploiter le potentiel de la fabrication additive, laquelle peut minimiser l\u2019erreur humaine et renforcer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des op\u00e9rateurs pendant les diff\u00e9rentes phases du cycle de vie d\u2019un produit, depuis la production jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019entretien des composants d\u00e9fectueux, en passant par les r\u00e9parations sur place. Le projet s\u2019est concentr\u00e9 sur le d\u00e9veloppement de quatre modules composant les syst\u00e8mes de commande et de suivi \u00e0 int\u00e9grer dans la technologie de production d\u00e9j\u00e0 existante.
