Roberta Togni is Vice President of Central Functions at Automha and a member of Comau\u2019s Executive Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She has built a solid professional background in corporate law, compliance and governance, with expertise spanning contracts, corporate affairs, regulatory matters and data privacy. After beginning her career in the legal sector, she took on roles of increasing responsibility, managing complex operations at both national and international level and strengthening the Group\u2019s organizational framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Automha, she leads Central Functions, integrating legal, corporate and compliance activities to support the company\u2019s growth and to ensure transparent and effective governance processes. Her contribution has been instrumental in consolidating Automha\u2019s global positioning and preparing the company for its international integration with Comau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of Comau\u2019s Executive Committee, she applies this expertise to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), contributing to strategic transactions aimed at enhancing the Group\u2019s competitiveness, innovation and international expansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ms. Togni holds a law degree from the University of Milan and specializes in corporate law, corporate governance and compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
