Stefania Ferrero has held the role of Chief Marketing & Solutions Portfolio Officer at Comau since 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With close to 20 years of international, multi-industry experience<\/strong>, she is specialized in Strategy, Marketing and Business Development, in addition to having a strong background as a sales manager. Ms. Ferrero also has extensive experience<\/strong> working with companies undertaking deep business transformation cycles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ms. Ferrero started her career in Italdesign Giugiaro, she was a Key Account Manager for Tesco Go before joining Pininfarina in 2010 and Comau in 2018 as the Global Head of Business Development, Marketing and Digital Innovation for Comau\u2019s Powertrain Business Unit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

From 2021 until rejoining Comau in 2023, Ms. Ferrero served as the Head of Strategy and Strategic Marketing at Baker Hughes. In this capacity, she contributed to the strategic positioning and long range plan development<\/strong> of its newly created business entity IET (Industrial Energy Technology), working closely with gas, digital and clean technologies. Ms. Ferrero is a member of Comau\u2019s DEI Committee and serves on the Board of Directors of Automha, SpA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2026, Stefania Ferrero was named one of the \u201cTop 11 Women Shaping the Future of Robotics 2026\u201d by the International Federation of Robotics (IFR)<\/strong>, the federation representing the global robotics industry from over twenty countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She holds a Master Degree in Management Engineering<\/strong> from the Polytechnic University of Turin and speaks 6 languages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
