Livio Milano was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer of Comau in October 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has more than 30 years of HR experience working in complex and international contexts, valuing Human Capital and leading transformation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to joining Comau, Mr. Milano acted as the HR Deputy – Change Management & Transformation for Stellantis, and was the Head of Human Resource Europe, Middle East and Africa of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, a role he held from 2011 \u2013 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Milano first joined Magneti Marelli in 1995 and has held several positions with increasing responsibility over the years, including serving as the Head of Global Human Resources from 2005 – 2011.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having begun his early career in organizational and people development at a large insurance company, Mr. Milano was also the HR Director at a large multinational company from 2000 – 2005.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He holds a Master\u2019s Degree in Economics, Finance and Administration from the University of Turin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
