Francesco Allegra is Chief Operational Performance Officer at Comau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He oversees the main Governance and Control functions, and is in charge of process governance and monitoring, Project Management Office, Project Control, Contract Management and Quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Allegra has almost 20 years of experience in Internal Audit, mainly developed within the Stellantis (former FCA) Internal Audit Department, where he had increasing levels of responsibility and gained a deep knowledge of processes and controlling activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From September 2015 to September 2021, Mr. Allegra served as Head of Internal Audit and Corporate Sustainability at Geox, a listed company in the Fashion\u2013Footwear industry, where he managed the Corporate Governance activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He holds a Master Degree in Management Engineering obtained at Politecnico di Torino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
