The course<br>is based on \u201cA Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK\u00ae Guide),<br>Project Management Institute, Inc.\u201d knowledge area. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PMBOK is a registered mark of the Project Management Institute, Inc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Understand the project environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and\/or analyze a Project Charter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), a WBS dictionary and a Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop a network diagram and a project schedule<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop a project budget<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand the basics of EVM (Earned Value Management)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand the basics of Risk Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The participants practice on a simple case, that simulates a general life environment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This course is designed for any practitioner (at any company level) who needs, for professional reasons, to work in or cooperate with projects.
