September 2, 2019, Shanghai

Project & People Management (PPM) School took place in Comau China for ten days, from August 19-30. Thirty-seven international students (from Italy, Brazil, UK, Romania and China) attended the 2019 Shanghai edition of PPM School, embarking upon a special learning experience.

In the opening ceremony, CEO of Comau China & ASEAN  Mauro Anselmetto and Comau's regional leadership warmly welcomed all the students and expressed their sincere gratitude to the Comau employees who devoted themselves and their time to this important event. Mauro also spoke about how PPM School aims to help all participants acquire new knowledge and skills, demonstrates the strength of a unique training experience in Comau, and attracts new talent to the company.

During the program, Comau managers, together with distinguished external teachers, shared their knowledge about people and project management through multiple interesting teaching methods. Students were highly engaged in class and group discussions about how to face challenges like uncertain customer needs.

In these two weeks, PPM School combined classroom teaching with practical case studies so that students had the opportunity to work closely with professional teams, thereby helping them understand and execute the best project plans.

PPM School provided a platform for students to demonstrate their talents and acquire new knowledge. Students pointed out that it was a good chance for them to grow quickly and strengthen soft and hard skills.

The Comau learning factory, Comau Academy, is recognized globally for developing competencies and new skills, with a special focus on digital transformation.
