Comau Automotive Equipment Co.Ltd., in Shanghai is launched to better serve customers in China. Comau Belgium N.V. is established to develop maintenance services activities in Northern Europe and Comau Systems Services S.L. begins operations in Madrid, Spain.

2001

Comau S.p.A. acquires two companies operating in the automotive product and process engineering and industrialization area, Germann-Intec GmbH and Team Resources Romania, which become Comau România S.A. Comau Australia is launched in Adelaide to increase offerings to and support of Australian customers.

2002

Comau Ingest Sverige AB is established, increasing maintenance services in Sweden.

2003

Comau Russia Srl and Comau (Shanghai) International Trading Co. Ltd. in China begin operations with a focus on import-export activities to increase Comau Group's presence in China.

2004

Gerbi & Sciaky in France, specialized in the production of electrical welding guns, becomes fully owned by Comau Sciaky SA, with the new name of Sciaky S.A.S.

2005

Comau Service France, Comau Sciaky and Sciaky S.A.S. are consolidated within Comau France S.A. Comau Germann Intec GmbH merges with Comau Deutschland GmbH.

2007

Comau Germann Intec GmbH is started in Germany with the main focus on engineering activities.

2009

Comau Aerospace is launched, expanding the company by applying their experience and skills in a new field.
